Description

This role is a Maternity Leave cover for roughly 8 months.

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. Your ability to put our thoughts and vision together into engaging content formats, distributed to millions of our target audience out there is key to our success. This role is central to Lusha’s thought leadership initiatives and will play a crucial part in driving engagement and brand awareness through quality content that resonates with our audience. If you are passionate about technology, curious about emerging trends (especially in AI), and love creating engaging, thought-provoking content across multiple platforms, this could be the perfect role for you.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Developing and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and thought leadership in the sales intelligence space.
  • Creating high-impact content that positions Lusha as an industry leader, elevating our brand’s presence in the sales intelligence and tech landscape.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (product, sales, customer success, etc.) and external stakeholders to extract key insights, trends, and stories.
  • Transforming complex technological concepts into engaging, digestible content for diverse audiences, ranging from blog posts, white papers, and case studies to videos, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to content formats and distribution strategies, especially around AI and its intersection with sales.
  • Managing and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO, audience preferences, and business goals.
  • Regularly measuring and reporting on content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.

Here’s what we need from you

  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in a tech environment, preferably within SaaS or sales intelligence sectors.
  • Strong understanding of technology, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • Experience creating content related to AI and emerging tech trends is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, with the ability to extract insights from internal and external sources and translate them into valuable content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create multi-format content (text, video, podcasts) that drives engagement and awareness.
  • Highly organized, curious, and self-driven with a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content strategies and measure success.

Preferred experience:

  • Background in writing about AI, data intelligence, or sales technologies.
  • Familiarity with content distribution strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in managing content creation processes with cross-functional teams.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.
