How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the intake, review and refinement of commission system requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps and supporting solution design and delivery
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of requirements to development teams, proactively managing milestones, dependencies and risks
- Develop and execute test strategies, coordinate validation processes and ensure solutions meet business specifications and quality standards
- Evaluate system change requests, assess business and technical impacts and identify dependencies across applications and processes
- Manage complex application requirements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and user experiences
- Compile, analyze and present complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable data pre-processing automation to support commission processing using AWS Redshift and similar technologies
- Serve as a senior liaison among HR, IT, HRIS, Payroll and business stakeholders to maximize system capabilities and support evolving needs
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, recommending improvements in operational efficiency, accuracy and scalability
- Support broader business and technology initiatives by contributing subject matter expertise and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
Experience
- 5+ years of business or systems analyst experience
Skills
- Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical individuals
- Capability to synthesize business issues into technical solutions and document system requirements
- Strong business analysis and system/process design skills
- Proven technical abilities in relational database or compensation system configurations
- In-depth understanding of data movement, master systems and downstream systems
Preferred Qualifications
Skills
- Experience with Callidus or comparable sales commission systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency with database management tools such as AWS Redshift, Teradata, Snowflake
- Working knowledge of sales commission plans and compensation processes
- Exposure to major billing and CRM systems (Salesforce, CSG preferred)
- Telecommunications/Cable industry experience preferred
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies for business analysis, system optimization and process efficiency
