How You'll Make an Impact
- Calculate and administer monthly commission and incentive payments aligned with approved plans and schedules
- Present plan exception requests and secure final payment authorizations before processing
- Monitor and validate the accuracy of commission systems and payments through detailed reporting
- Serve as a subject matter expert on commission plan calculations and interpretation of plan rules and policies
- Create and analyze commission summary reports to identify trends and performance insights
- Investigate commission variances and provide findings to management and commissioned employees
- Analyze operations data, interpret trends and patterns, and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- 1+ years of expense or financial analysis experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret and effectively communicate results and present to various members of management
- Proven team player, partnership, troubleshooter, and result oriented
- Multi-tasked oriented; capable of working in fast paced and changing environment
