About the Role

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll manage and service a diverse book of commercial clients, ensuring their coverage needs are met with precision and care. You’ll handle renewals, policy changes, claims support, and work closely with producers and carriers to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for commercial clients — from coverage questions to claims assistance.

  • Manage renewals, applications, and policy changes to ensure seamless coverage.

  • Collaborate with producers to market and quote new and renewal business.

  • Maintain accurate client and policy data in AMS360.

  • Prepare certificates, binders, endorsements, and other policy documents.

  • Support clients with billing inquiries and coordinate with accounting.

  • Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management or customer service.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AMS360 or Agency Zoom experience a plus.

  • NC Property & Casualty License (required), Life & Health license a plus.

  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction.
