Manage and service commercial insurance clients by handling coverage questions, renewals, applications, policy changes, claims assistance, billing inquiries, and policy documentation. Collaborate with producers, carriers, and accounting to quote and support new and renewal business. Maintain accurate client records in AMS360, prepare certificates and endorsements, and stay current on insurance products and market trends.

Manage personal lines insurance accounts by serving clients, handling policy changes and renewals, supporting claims, reviewing coverage, assisting with new business through binding, and identifying additional coverage opportunities. Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and delivering responsive client service.

Manage concurrent benefits administration platform implementations from planning through post-launch support. Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk strategies; coordinate cross-functional teams; manage Salesforce releases and enhancements; facilitate stakeholder communications; and drive governance, issue resolution, and successful client go-lives.
