Job Description
Position Summary:
- Develop, enhance and implement sales & trade marketing (channel & category development) strategies for Kraft Heinz Egypt market by channel, region and key customers,
Ensure the Improvement of Distribution, availability, & visibility, through the developed tactics and strategies.
- Co-Lead & Co-Organize KHC Internal cycles, while liaising with relative functions, S&OP, Marketing, Finance, Sales Channel Heads, & RGM
- Good connection with current distributors, channel heads, while ensuring category development for all in store merchandising, consumer promotions and activities.
Position Key Responsibilities:
Functional Scope:
• Lead, monitor and develop the GTM project progress and performance on ground with sales leaders, finance and external stakeholders from the region.
• Lead the Trade Marketing team & activities in terms of commercial development, as to ensure all the acceleration activities by channel are executed.
• Lead the sales support function as to support the business in terms of required analysis, performance animation, dashboards and monthly business reviews decks.
Commercial Development:
• Plan, track and assess the trade activities by channel through channels activity grids, postmortems, & qualitative feedback with field team.
• Achieve AOP in terms of value / volume through ensuring the trade & operations efficiency across all channels and proposing the corrective actions when needed.
• Lead the sales capability agenda, in terms of sales competencies and skill matrix development for all sales team by channel and layers.
• Provide insight on Channel & Category trends including shopper behavior and channel drivers for Sales & Marketing
• Co-Lead & Co-Organizing KHC Internal cycles, while liaising with relative functions, S&OP, Marketing, Finance, Sales Channel Heads, & RGM
• Coordinate with Demand and Supply, marketing and sales team for planning the demand cycle.
• Ensure the application of sales standards on operational execution in term of sales expansion & data analysis i.e. Maps, Reporting Tools, Census analysis to ensure smooth expansion plan execution.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current coverage / RTM & recommend corrective actions & follow up on execution
• Development of merchandising guidelines/Direction, including permanent POP materials display recommendations, and Plan-o-gram by category/channel in line with POP & Brand Vision and Objectives.
• Ensure Trade Spending optimization through applying best practices tools.
• Work closely with RSMs to align data collection and Sales trend analysis.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Work Experience: 7-10 years in FMCG Companies
• Language Knowledge: Excellent
