The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a RGM Analyst who will have overall responsibility for commercial financial planning and controlling. This role provides insightful and value-added analysis and recommendations to the CFM, CFO, and the Managing Director. As a key member of the finance function, you will drive commercial financial forecasting and controlling.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a business partner to the Egypt Marketing team.
- Co-own strategic plan exercises to define category level JTBD.
- Lead category level RGM projects to drive long-term growth, focusing on pricing, promotion, and assortment strategy.
- Support the CFM in shaping the pricing strategy and execution by influencing price increase decisions and directing the commercial team to weigh the pros and cons of different scenarios.
- Develop and prepare promo strategy guidelines and monitor plan compliance by building and assessing consumer promo plans.
- Update and analyze the value chain, applying regular routines to maintain and understand it.
- Develop NPD pricing and promo strategies, as well as value chains and marketing initiatives.
- Run post-evaluation analyses to capture learning from campaigns.
- Develop tools to track pricing and trade margins by price point and channel, benchmarking against the competition.
- Prepare and provide necessary data for commercial routines (e.g., Innovation Review, Pricing Committee, RGM Review with MD) and liaise with RGM teams in the International cluster.
- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate reporting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control rules, and manage internal audits.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of results and a clear understanding of the drivers and focus needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years in Management Accounting & Finance in FMCGs
- Fluent in English
