Job Overview:

The Client Experience Onboarding Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for financial advisors and institutions enrolling in Wealth Planning's subscription-based service. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring advisors are successfully integrated into their subscription while establishing strong relationships from day one.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for advisors and institutions enrolling in Wealth Planning subscription service.
  • Lead onboarding consultations, presentations, and training sessions to educate advisors on service offerings, onboarding expectations, and available resources.
  • Deliver high-quality onboarding experience by building strong advisor relationships, gathering feedback, and supporting advisor satisfaction goals.
  • Champion the advisor’s onboarding experience by serving as an advocate for advisor needs and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and service delivery.
  • Manage advisor inquiries and escalations, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Connect advisors with the appropriate Wealth Planning teams, tools, and resources to support their ongoing success.
  • Monitor shared team mailboxes and communication channels, ensuring advisor requests are acknowledged and resolved within established service level expectations.
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement throughout the onboarding journey and recommend enhancements to processes and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, advisor interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support advisor experience initiatives and broader organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a flexible resource across the Wealth Planning organization, providing additional advisor support as business needs evolve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, client service, advisor support, onboarding, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience delivering presentations and communicating professionally with clients, advisors, or business partners.

  • Understanding of advisor experience principles and best practices related to client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and organizational excellence.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience onboarding financial advisors or supporting advisor-facing programs within the financial services industry.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based services, advisor engagement programs, or service implementation initiatives preferred.
  • FINRA registrations or industry licenses

 

Pay Range:

$70,040.00 - $116,802.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
