About the Role

Perform Requirement Gathering by leading business and system analysis and requirements gathering for various of projects, drive conclusions with key project stakeholders, finalize solutions on complicated business requests. (30%) Administer requirement documentations, organize requirement review meetings and present detail requirements to internal and external groups. (15%) Address customization requests by building new / enhanced features with product development team. (15%) Assist Jr. BAs on requirement gathering. Perform System Configuration.(10%) Master all configuration tools including Centralized Configuration Center, Data Mart, Data Manager, EDP. Participate in improving the configuration process and the usability of configuration tools. (10%) Troubleshoot and fix configuration issues. (5%) Review and sign-off on configurations of various projects. (5%) Perform Quality Assurance. Oversee testing process for assigned accounts to ensure high quality product delivery. Oversee test status of key projects and provide updates. Work with internal product and QA team to conduct test planning. Identify key testing scenarios, coordinate on testing execution, and address testing issues. (5%) Monitor project and performance of Jr. Bas. Lead product release note collaboration effort. (5%). Position is based out of and reports to Supernova’s HQ offices in Chicago, but allow for the option to telecommute from a home office in the Chicago metro area 1 day per week. Employer does not offer relocation assistance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, finance, project management or related field, and 3 years of experience as a business analyst within the fintech or financial services sector.

 

Must possess 3 years of experience with:

 

-Engaged in data analytics;

-Engaged in project management;

-Utilizing MS Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point;

-Utilizing Centralized Configuration Center, Data Mart, Data Manager, Enterprise Data Package (EDP), Adobe, Canva

-Preparing solution packages to help onboard new enterprise clients or enable critical new product modules to existing clients

 

Salary: $117,957/year
