You will partner across business, technology, data, risk, and leadership teams to transform business priorities into insights and scalable solutions that drive measurable results. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, improve decision-making, and help shape the future of operational processes through innovation and continuous improvement. You will gain broad exposure to enterprise stakeholders while building expertise in analytics, process transformation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and, where appropriate, lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process evaluation, solution design, testing, implementation support, and adoption planning for business and strategic initiatives.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems, assess potential solutions, and help stakeholders prioritize work based on business value, feasibility, risk, and capacity.
  • Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, evaluate performance, develop actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting solutions, and executive-ready materials that improve visibility and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and implement automation and workflow improvements in partnership with business and technology teams.
  • Support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives through use case evaluation, governance, testing, monitoring, documentation, and business adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, technology, data, risk, compliance, and product partners to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive successful delivery.
  • Support tracking of expected and realized outcomes, and communicate recommendations, trade-offs, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, process improvement, or a related business transformation role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management information systems, mathematics, economics, data science, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within insurance, financial services, underwriting, new business, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience with business analysis techniques including requirements management, process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively through ambiguity, and independently advance assigned work while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight; familiarity with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Dataiku, cloud platforms, or similar analytical tools is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or model-enabled business processes, including governance, controls, monitoring, and responsible adoption practices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
