Join Our Dealership’s Business Development Team

We are currently hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our growing dealership. This role focuses on responding to incoming customer leads and following up with potential buyers who are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive with follow-up, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries

  • Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle

  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks in the CRM system

  • Continue follow-up with customers who have not yet visited the dealership

  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to drive showroom traffic

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • An associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

  • Previous experience in a call center or automotive dealership environment is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a similar capacity.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related technology.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
