From cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment to the freedom to make an impact and more, you’ll find the ingredients you need at LPL Financial to shape your success while helping clients pursue their financial goals.

Job Overview:

LPL Financial is seeking an experienced product marketing leader to shape the go-to-market strategy for Capital Partners, a portfolio of advisor solutions designed to help financial advisors grow, monetize, protect, and transition their businesses. As AVP, Product Marketing, you will serve as the strategic marketing lead for the business, translating advisor needs into compelling value propositions, building integrated marketing campaigns, and partnering closely with Sales to drive advisor engagement, solution adoption, and business growth.

This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution across the full marketing lifecycle—from positioning and campaign development to optimization and performance measurement. You will collaborate with business leaders, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver impactful advisor experiences, refine marketing strategies based on market insights and advisor needs, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is an experienced product marketer with financial services industry expertise, strong cross-functional influence skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex buyer journeys and commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  •  Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for the Capital Partners portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and advisor needs.
  • Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate how Capital Partners solutions help advisors grow, monetize, protect, and transition their businesses.
  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the full advisor journey—from awareness and consideration through engagement, conversion, and ongoing adoption.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and field teams to develop sales enablement materials, messaging, presentations, and tools that improve advisor conversations and increase solution adoption.
  • Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for Capital Partners, providing strategic guidance to cross-functional partners across digital marketing, content, creative, communications, events, and advisor experience teams.
  • Develop audience segmentation and advisor journey strategies that recognize the interconnected nature of advisors' business priorities, including succession, liquidity, and growth.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels while ensuring consistent messaging and advisor experience.
  • Establish campaign KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve business outcomes.
  • Maintain product marketing roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and core marketing assets to support ongoing business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand evolving market opportunities, competitive trends, and advisor needs to continuously refine marketing strategies.
