  • Create framework, governance and oversight of PRT repricing activities, including evaluation of post-sale changes that may result in premium adjustments, refunds, or additional premium collections

  • Establish, enhance, and oversee repricing methodologies, tools, controls, and operational processes, while providing technical review and strategic guidance as processes mature

PRT Contracting & Operations Liaison

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the PRT Pricing organization, Operations, Legal, and SEI teams

  • Review Group Annuity Contracts (GACs), buy-in agreements, and transaction-specific contractual provisions to assess operational feasibility, pricing implications, and profitability impacts, translating into pricing impacts when necessary

  • Provide expertise on complex benefit structures, non-standard plan provisions, administrative considerations, and implementation challenges when evaluating PRT opportunities

  • Support implementation and onboarding activities for complex transactions where actuarial and business expertise are required
