We’re looking for a Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You’ll play a critical role in communicating the value of Mark43’s CAD and RMS solutions to public safety agencies across the country. From shaping product positioning to launching new features, you’ll collaborate with teams across the organization to drive growth, adoption, and customer success.
What You’ll DoIf you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:
Built a go-to-market plan for an upcoming CAD feature release by aligning with product and sales teams
Created sales enablement materials to help field teams communicate product value and differentiate Mark43 from competitors
Conducted a competitive analysis of a new entrant to the RMS market and presented findings to product leadership
Partnered with demand generation marketers to develop messaging for an email campaign aimed at driving feature adoption
Maintained internal tools and resources that help sellers and customer-facing teams stay aligned on product updates
We’re looking for a product marketer with 1–3 years of professional experience in a product marketing or similar role, ideally at an enterprise SaaS company or one that works with public sector customers. You’ll need strong communication skills, curiosity about user behavior, and an ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling messaging.
People who thrive on our team also tend to share the following characteristics:
Creative and analytical. You balance intuition with data to tell impactful product stories.
Collaborative and driven. You’re energized by working across teams and focused on outcomes over activity.
Detail-oriented and flexible. You sweat the small stuff without losing sight of the bigger picture, and you adapt quickly when things shift.
This role can be based remotely in any of our approved states or from one of our offices in New York or Boston.

The higher end of this range is reserved for candidates with relevant experience who reside in high cost of labor markets.
