We’re building a fresh and modern Product Marketing function: combining the best of traditional Product Marketing with a telemedicine-centric, customer-driven, DTC approach. As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will support product strategy and end-to-end physical product launches keeping in line with overall business objectives from concept to launch and the entirety of their life cycles.

Overall Portfolio Strategy 

  • Support the Product Marketing Senior Manager in developing Curology’s overall portfolio strategy and pipeline, identifying new product ideas based on consumer insights, product gaps, social listening, competitive activity, and external inspiration 
  • Seek and maintain deep understanding of the market through independent research, relevant industry events, engagements, etc.

New Product Development

  • Support development of product concept and positioning for new product launches
  • Support product launch strategies
  • Support thorough research and insights to build business cases and help create product concept definitions
  • Partner with Medical and Consumer Insights to identify product and efficacy non-negotiables
  • Assist with Product Development to bring individual product strategy to life in physical form
  • Coordinate all go-to-market activities for new product launches
  • Support claims testing in collaboration with Product Development, Consumer Insights, and LegalIdentify and resolve roadblocks, pivot and drive shifts and solutions as needed, communicate and update cross-functional teams regularly and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and drive alignment to ensure all elements of launch are in line with product strategy

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Support existing product portfolio, track product performance through analytics and consumer insights to identify and execute optimizations on existing products
  • Provide recommendations and implement changes to continuously improve future product launches

Requirements
  • 2+ years of product marketing, product management, or brand management experience with physical products is a must
  • Passion for skincare products / beauty obsessed self-starter that can take on projects from end-to-end, seeking help and guidance as needed
  • A quick learner in a fast-paced environment and an appetite to take on a variety of tasksData- and hypothesis-driven
  • Play well with others. Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and influence in a highly cross-functional role 
  • High humility and low ego. You have a can-do attitude and will roll up your sleeves to do what is needed for the team 
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • You are a strong communicator (both written and verbal) that can clearly synthesize information in a concise manner
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity
  • Creative skills to be a contributor to idea generation
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment a plus

Salary Range: $75-$90k (placement in range dependent on location and experience)
