As our Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will join our fast-paced team responsible for marketing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solutions to existing NAVEX customers and new audiences. You will own the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for our risk and governance solutions. Using market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning, you will become the expert on our customers and operationalize that understanding with NAVEX’s product, sales and marketing teams.

You will author the messaging and positioning of our solutions and partner in the development of strategic marketing programs that drive awareness and demand across industry vertical markets and key customer segments.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop product positioning, awareness and demand generation materials for our risk and governance solutions to differentiate NAVEX in the market

  • Align our pricing and packaging options to adequately demonstrate value to our customers

  • Establish and drive short-, mid- and long-term strategic plans and marketing objectives, ensuring strategies are aligned across major parts of the organization

  • Analyze competitor solutions and educate NAVEX sales teams on key strategies to position our products

  • Create sales tools and collateral to better communicate product capabilities and value propositions

  • Work in partnership with Product Management to manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities in relation to product launch and outbound marketing and sales activities

  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing and/or program marketing experience; GRC or SaaS enterprise product experience a plus

  • A proven track record of demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail

  • Excellent ability to identify and act on critical priorities

  • The ability to exert strong influence across an organization being recognized as the voice of expertise in product marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product-related issues across various verticals

  • The ability to stay focused on strategic objectives while balancing short term deliverables and changing priorities within a dynamic environment

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of product marketing, product and industry knowledge (selling), and product sales enablement

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $75,000+ per annum.
