  • Review reports for accuracy and leverage them to identify potential issues on individual loans, collaborating with the Asset Manager on the Master Servicing Team to enhance reporting value for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent assessments of situations, requests, loans, and properties by analyzing requests, reports, identified triggers, external resources, and through collaboration with the Master Servicer. This includes:

    • Analyzing rent rolls to assess future lease rollover exposure.
    • Reviewing Asset Status Reports.
    • Evaluating historical loan-level compliance.
    • Interpreting third-party reports.
    • Analyzing Master Servicer Sites and Q&A Logs.
    • Reviewing commercial loan trigger events, such as lockbox and reserve springing impounds, deferred property maintenance, FF&E triggers, tenant credit ratings, and occupancy ratios. Conduct necessary follow-ups to understand deal impact and the status of resolution efforts.
    • Performing market research and due diligence on underlying collateral.
  • Support the development of resolution strategies, processing of consent requests, and acquisition of in-depth knowledge of assets requiring additional attention. Contribute to Deal Reviews, Watchlist, Consent, and Ad-Hoc Reporting, resulting in more meaningful Watchlist commentary, risk rating assessments, and early identification of potential issues to enable proactive and informed action planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
