The role manages cross-functional programs, develops business cases and KPIs, mitigates risks, and drives measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Two-year rotational development program for recent graduates supporting commercial real estate loan servicing and asset management. Responsibilities include analyzing property financial performance, cash flows, valuations, loan documentation, deal structures, covenants, and compliance requirements. Participants rotate across business areas, conduct research, support closings and payoff processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop case studies and recommendations for leadership. The program emphasizes technical training, mentorship, commercial real estate knowledge, and long-term career development.

Partners with an Asset Manager to service commercial real estate loan portfolios. Reviews reserve disbursements, monitors loan covenant compliance, prepares cash-processing documentation, processes payment waterfalls, and analyzes borrower financial statements and budgets to assess compliance and portfolio performance. Responds to customer and internal inquiries while managing sensitive information and priorities collaboratively.

Designs, implements, and improves enterprise security capabilities across identity, cloud, infrastructure, endpoints, and governance. Secures Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure environments, privileged accounts, and enterprise access controls. Leads vulnerability remediation, infrastructure hardening, security risk assessments, incident response support, compliance initiatives, audits, and Zero Trust efforts. Partners with infrastructure, cloud, networking, DevOps, and application engineering teams while providing technical guidance to business and technology leaders.

Analyze commercial real estate loan agreements, configure servicing requirements in loan servicing systems, and support new loan and investor onboarding. Coordinate stakeholders, review documents, manage workflows and shared mailboxes, resolve operational exceptions with vendors and offshore teams, and contribute to process improvement, procedure development, compliance initiatives, and special projects.

Leads complex commercial real estate loan servicing transactions, including loan intake, money movement, compliance review, risk mitigation, audit exception monitoring, and process improvement. Partners with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to resolve issues, supports strategic initiatives, mentors team members, and contributes to training and procedural documentation while ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and loan agreements.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale full‑stack microservice applications, establish engineering standards, mentor teams, drive architecture and operational improvements, ensure quality/security/compliance, participate in Agile delivery, incident management, and business continuity planning.

Leads the Cash Management Servicing group, supervising junior analysts and overseeing complex cash management accounts, money movements, lockbox maintenance, documentation, and new setups. Ensures compliance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and accurate high-volume transaction processing. Collaborates with offshore teams, borrowers, banks, and third-party vendors to resolve exceptions, improve procedures, meet service levels, and drive operational excellence.

Provide generalist legal support for loan servicing, asset management, special servicing and corporate teams. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (client, vendor, NDAs, CMBS and balance sheet documents), manage outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters, advise stakeholders on commercial mortgage servicing and corporate matters, and manage multiple projects to timely completion.

Maintain Enhanced Surveillance program and Real Insight database, review CREFC trustee reports, monitor deal flow, process consents, perform financial and collateral analysis, support workouts and resolution strategies, and produce Watchlist/Deal Review reporting to inform master servicing and stakeholders.

Lead reporting and daily oversight of lender and investor activity, maintain master portfolio data tapes, produce KPI reports (Excel/Power BI), reconcile capital provider reports, support borrowing facility compliance, assist with rating agency reporting and transactions, and coordinate due diligence and banking partner relationships.
