Leads technology business operations by managing workforce planning, capacity, budgets, vendor relationships, IT performance reporting, organizational health, and operational improvements. Partners with CIO, CTO, and technology leadership to align resources, financial investments, delivery priorities, risks, and dependencies. Develops KPIs and dashboards, oversees vendor spend and contracts, supports transformation initiatives, and improves employee engagement across complex IT portfolios. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

Leads DevOps and cloud engineering capabilities supporting regulated financial services workloads. Responsibilities include designing and operating secure Azure infrastructure, advancing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices, managing Docker containerized applications, improving observability and incident response, optimizing cloud costs through FinOps, coordinating releases, and partnering with security, business, engineering, and vendor teams.

Oversees compensation strategy and administration, including job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, pay equity, governance, compliance, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Finance, HRIS, payroll, recruiters, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, accurate, and financially responsible compensation programs.

Serves as a senior HR advisor to leaders across business areas and regions. Develops people strategies, manages complex employee relations investigations, advises on employment law and performance matters, supports workforce and succession planning, organizational design, change initiatives, and talent development. Uses workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions while coaching managers and partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.

Leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across operations, technology, data, finance, and business functions. Partners with senior leadership to execute strategy, improve performance, design operating models and governance, develop reporting and value-realization frameworks, optimize loan servicing and asset management processes, and lead M&A integration. The role manages cross-functional programs, risks, KPIs, business cases, change management, and measurable business outcomes.
