What You Will Do
- Coordinate agile training and enablement activities in partnership with Learning and Development and community of practice leaders across global campuses
- Support the Sr. Director of the ACE in advancing adoption and sponsorship of agile practices and transformation culture across the enterprise
- Plan, organize, and execute events and workshops that strengthen agile capabilities for teams and leaders
- Gather, analyze, and report on participation metrics and feedback to assess training impact and continuous improvement opportunities
- Develop executive-level summaries and presentations highlighting key trends, outcomes, and transformation progress
- Partner with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure alignment of agile transformation efforts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, business administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
- 2 years of experience in technology, finance/accounting, procurement, business, operations, or related area
- 1 year of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting
- 1 year of experience working in a large matrixed organization with exposure to various levels within the organization including with international teams
Preferred Skills/Education
- 1 year of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, value stream mapping and/or industry applying LEAN practices or equivalent experience
