As a Consumer Experience Analyst, you’ll work with RV business leaders and drive the operations of the fastest growing segment within our Energy team. You'll iterate through customer experience optimization (journey optimization), deep diving into visitor behavior and performance, and driving the creation of new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue.

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

What You'll Do:

  • Own testing initiatives and product feature development from start to finish using statistical techniques to build hypotheses, examine data, and derive actionable conclusions.
  • Analyze testing performance against core KPIs that align with the broader business goals.
  • Communicate performance to key stakeholders, both internal to Red Ventures, and external to Clients.
  • Manage the development of new user-centric features & flows to help streamline the customer experience, and drive additional value to the business.
  • Operate as a primary owner of the product, using data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize, troubleshoot functionality, and work with others to develop solutions that enhance the experience and performance of the product.
  • Work directly with Engineering and Creative teams to define features and create a user experience roadmap to bring your ideas to life
  • Communicate timelines, goals, new ideas, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, content writers, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior leaders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Digital Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst with hands-on data analysis experience pulling strategic insights
  • Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, or DataGrip (preferred); can weave together data from multiple relational databases.
  • Able to apply foundational analytical techniques (segmentation, clustering, correlation, regression, classification etc.) to enhance analysis to discover deeper trends and relationships to determine action items
  • Ability to discern signal from noise using statistical approaches such as sampling, hypothesis testing, and a/b testing
  • Demonstrated strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight (SQL) and build relevant reports, dashboards and visualizations to answer business questions (Excel, Tableau, Looker etc.)
  • Strong grasp of relevant raw event data and can track data pathing from ingest to database. Able to build custom queries to manipulate data to answer new questions we dont answer on a day to day basis
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or another segmentation platform; can segment data and analyze performance based on meaningful differences between user groups.
  • Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Strong bias towards action by demonstrating initiative to move projects forward independently, asking questions as the need arises and leveraging resources available
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving the quality of interactions.

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $80,000 - 90,000*
