LPL Financial is seeking an Analyst, Change Management to support the successful adoption of new initiatives and projects across the organization. This role will contribute to the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition for employees impacted by organizational changes.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance points related to proposed changes.

  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather information and ensure alignment on change initiatives.

  • Support the creation of clear, concise, and compelling communications for various audiences, utilizing different channels (e.g., email, intranet, presentations).

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to prepare employees for new processes, systems, or organizational structures.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management interventions, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain change management documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.

  • Support the tracking and reporting of change adoption metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Act as a resource for employees and managers during periods of change, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • 1-3 years experience with ServiceNow.

  • 1-3 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Preferences:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


 

Pay Range:

$31.99-$53.28/hour
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
