About our Working Model

FAST crew are business-fluent agent leaders who scale their impact through agent collaboration and delegation. Our teams orchestrate an AI-augmented process measured by FLOW and DORA metrics. We create and share proven agentic workflows that span the full Discovery and Delivery spectrum of the product lifecycle. We advance our process in service of our FAS 2030 ambition to drive personalized experiences, multi-line product leadership, and service-oriented relationships with Clients.

Measures of Success

The speed of the team (Flow Time), DP1M, and progressing teams through milestones in the AI-Driven Teams Maturity Model.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable to teams advancing through the AI-Driven Teams Maturity Model, hitting Standardized, Optimized, and Autonomized milestones on an ambitious timeline.
  • Experiments hands-on with orchestration of AI-powered processes and automations.
  • Documents proven workflows in the Agentic Engineering Playbook; creating a force multiplier through adoption by other teams.
  • Leads deep dives to map value stream (FLOW) through Discovery and Delivery, with outputs informing high-impact, AI-powered system optimizations.
  • Defines and uses agentic definitions such as Ready-for-Agent through context: requirements, Client needs, business processes, relevant repos, constraints, test expectations, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proactively surfaces early signals to OKR risks through AI-powered insights
  • Scope: Focused and hands-on with approximately 2 teams at a time.

You Might Thrive In This Role If

  • You’re energized by building AI-forward systems that enable crew to scale their Client impact (tooling + workflow definitions + automation + measurement)
  • You’ve demonstrated your interest in AI-process transformation in your current work
  • Deeply technical and adept at reasoning about engineering workflows and systems (repos, CI/CD, quality gates, observability, security) and translate goals into concrete system changes.
  • You can apply AI through techniques that go beyond ad-hoc prompting, applying concepts such as context engineering, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
  • You embrace ambiguity and convert it to concrete artifacts quickly: processes, training plans, common agentic definitions, etc.
  • You execute with “Client zeal”, building appropriate business acumen to anchor work in Client-centricity and delivery of epic Client outcomes

This Role Is Not

  • A facilitation role. It is not responsible for running ceremonies or providing general team coaching.
  • An observer. This role is actionable and hands-on, shipping improvements in tooling, automation, and process, and that materially drive outcomes.
