As an Aftermarket Insights Consultant within the Cat Oil & Gas aftermarket team, you will play a pivotal role in driving services growth by delivering actionable business insights. You'll collaborate with internal Oil & Gas teams and corporate partners to analyze customer behavior, represent the voice of the division, and support the execution of Corporate Account Agreements (CAAs) to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.

The Role:
As an Aftermarket Insights Consultant within the Cat Oil & Gas aftermarket team, you will play a pivotal role in driving services growth by delivering actionable business insights. You'll collaborate with internal Oil & Gas teams and corporate partners to analyze customer behavior, represent the voice of the division, and support the execution of Corporate Account Agreements (CAAs) to ensure strategic alignment and accountability.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze Cat Oil & Gas aftermarket data to develop solutions for medium to complex business challenges.
- Lead and manage multiple analytics projects using advanced statistical and digital methods.
- Visualize and present insights using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers and Territory Managers to develop competitive aftermarket proposals.
- Support CAA execution through coordination with internal teams and global dealers.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, pandas), SQL, and DAX.
- Extensive experience in dashboard development, data pipeline optimization, and visualization tools.
- Expertise in data validation, cleansing, and standardization to ensure high data quality.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative in researching and applying new analytical methods and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
