- Assisting in preparing technical and procedural documentation.
- Assisting with detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
- Participating in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

What You Will Have-Skills and Experiences
- Proficiency in any of the computer software applications or programming languages or technologies, such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, Db2, .NET, C, C++, C#, User Experience, HTML, AWS, and Azure. These skills are crucial for developing robust and efficient application systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and desire to take initiative.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, enabling you to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide exceptional support to internal and external users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time as well as being a collaborative team member.
- Familiar with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices in all aspects of the role.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a technical-related degree from a four-year accredited college/university. Selected candidates must obtain their degree before they start.
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on 4.0 scale (without rounding).
- Previous technical internship or work experience outside of classroom setting.
