Job Summary

 

The Standard is hiring an Administrative Assistant! The Standard is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to use your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills while helping our leadership team stay organized and operate efficiently.

  • Prepare confidential correspondence and materials, resolve inquiries, coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and communicate sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and track expenses, coordinate results with management, prepare cost allocation and chargeback information for Corporate Accounting.
  • Coordinate activities, information, and communication between internal departments and external parties and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Use judgment and initiative to analyze problems and determine approaches.

* Residence in the United States is a requirement of the role *

* The ability to work remotely is a requirement of the role. *

* Experience managing travel, calendars, and expense reports is a requirement of the role. *


Skills and Background You’ll Need

 

Education: A degree is preferred but not required in lieu of relevant background and experience.


Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience providing advanced administrative support to senior-level leadership.

  • Must have experience preparing and managing expense reports.
  • Must have experience coordinating travel and managing calendars and schedules.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience using AI tools is preferred.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

25.72 - 34.13
