Design, build, and operate full-stack web features for AI products end-to-end. Implement responsive frontends and performant backend APIs, integrate with Databricks/ML infrastructure, improve reliability and DevOps workflows, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product, design, data science and ML teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.

Manage Experience Rating and Refunds (ERR) team and processes to ensure contractual compliance, accurate experience reports, reconciliations across systems, and correct refund/retro premium processing. Oversee ERR source systems, approve reports, investigate discrepancies, drive process and technology improvements, provide SME support to stakeholders, and develop team training and cross‑training.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise data and analytics products; build and coach global product teams; adopt data-as-a-product practices; partner with business, architecture, engineering, security, and data management to deliver scalable, governed, secure data products that drive measurable business outcomes.

The role involves managing actuarial modeling for Retirement Plans, ensuring quality of outputs, overseeing BAU execution, and training junior staff.

Serve as strategic partner to senior sales leaders, align priorities, drive cross-functional initiatives, manage KPIs and performance reporting, lead Impact Managers, and scale Employee Benefits sales and client management through transformation and execution discipline.
