WHAT OUR ACCOMMODATION COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST
- Informing employee of documentation required to process accommodation claims, required time frames, and claims status either by phone, written correspondence and/or claims system
- Requesting medical information to determine if the employee meets the requirements under federal ADA, state, and/or Charter requirements for a qualifying condition
- Demonstrating the highest degree of accuracy, courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues and routine HR questions
- Updating the case management system with transaction specific information and supporting documentation
- Achieving and maintaining expertise to navigate and accurately record information with several business systems/applications including HR data (PeopleSoft), case management tracking (HR Helpdesk) and vendor websites
- Applying knowledge of HR programs, policies, Benefit plans, to quickly resolve customer issues or concerns
- Being responsible for escalation of issues in a timely manner to ensure an effective end user experience while remaining engaged in resolving the issue
- Managing time effectively to ensure customer satisfaction results and adherence to Service Level Agreements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Human resources experience 1-3 year(s)
- Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field; or equivalent work experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Skills: High level of analytical and interpretive skills. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Can problem solve in a high volume production oriented environment. Can maintain confidentiality. Can work in a team environment
- Travel Ability: Office work environment
- Schedule: Must be able to work the hours between 8am-8pm EST, Monday-Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of leave of absence, FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA and workers' compensation administration
- Claims management experience
