Lead outbound business development for TrustBuilder, targeting regional and national home builders. Develop and execute sales plans, prospect and build pipelines, conduct demos and consultative sales, build executive relationships, manage CRM forecasting, close new customers, represent the company at industry events, and partner cross-functionally to support client growth and retention.

Conduct public records research (county recorder/assessor/GIS) to identify home sales and parcel owners for new-home communities, update the company database, and report findings via a web portal to a Regional Research Manager. Part-time, remote role with flexible schedule.

Lead enterprise business development for national homebuilder clients, advising CMOs, driving revenue growth, negotiating enterprise agreements, mentoring local BD teams, and representing Zonda at industry events.
