Lead North American growth strategy for Solid off-highway tire segments (Forklift, Telehandler, Loader Solids, POB). Own product portfolio, guide new product development, execute sales and go-to-market plans, secure channel partners, provide market intelligence, collaborate with Marketing/Finance/Supply Chain, and deliver forecasts, budgets, and performance against sales and margin targets.

Develop and manage SKU-level demand forecasts and sales budgets for North America. Use statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, support S&OP, optimize inventory, reduce excess stock, and inform executive decisions on assortments, revenue projections, and supply strategies.

Lead all financial and accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, treasury, accounts receivable, internal controls, SOX compliance, KPI analysis, inventory valuation, and finance team leadership to support executive decision-making.

Manage and grow relationships with Original Equipment (OE) customers, identify new business, serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, and ensure execution from quotation through launch. Travel across North America up to 50%.
