This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution from quotation through launch and beyond. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

This role requires up to 50% travel throughout North America.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in OE sales, key account management, or a customer-facing role in automotive or tire-industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
