Deliver customer implementations of Yes Energy's PowerCore: gather requirements, configure environments, validate and analyze data, write SQL, support integrations and testing, train users, manage projects and stakeholder communication, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Lead and develop an Implementation team to deliver PowerCore customer implementations from discovery to go-live. Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, risk management, and escalations. Serve as executive customer contact, provide technical guidance on APIs/SQL/integrations, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, and drive operational improvements and implementation methodologies to improve KPIs and customer outcomes.

Provide subject-matter expertise in power system market price forecasting within the EnCompass product. Deliver advanced customer support, onboarding, training, documentation, and database updates for North American markets. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to test features, resolve modeling issues, and support sales and marketing efforts.
