I’m able to evaluate testing techniques, improve strategies and shape our growing QA discipline. Being a part of teams on day one, having dedicated testing environments, and baking testing time into product roadmaps makes my work gratifying.

We say “no” a lot because we only want to work with clients aligned with our values. Another big distinction about Work & Co is that we don’t hire for specific projects. Instead, we’re continuously hiring top talent ahead of the curve.

Every day, I get to work alongside insanely talented people I respect. Our office environments are designed to help us focus on our craft — whether that be coding or digital design or strategy. We also push against burnout and discourage long hours. No time sheets. Everyone should get to be their best selves both in and out of the office.

We believe in mentors, not managers. And we see mentorship as a right. At Work & Co, every employee gets a dedicated mentor from day one. Our flatter structure also means we learn from one another, informally, on an ongoing basis.

Creating products that launch is our priority. Having world-class design and engineering talent ensures that these experiences are beautiful and functional. Utility is also important. We always want to add value to people’s lives.
