The HRBP Director partners with engineering leadership to develop and execute people strategies. Responsibilities include talent management, succession planning, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, performance coaching, training, workforce analytics, diversity and inclusion, and change management. The role advises leaders, drives HR initiatives, uses people data for decision-making, and collaborates with compensation, benefits, learning, and HR operations teams.

Manage complex revenue accounting activities, including monthly and quarterly close, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition analysis, contract reviews, audit support, and ASC 606 compliance. Lead process improvements, system enhancements, internal control remediation, and revenue reporting initiatives. Partner cross-functionally on products, pricing, and contracts while mentoring junior colleagues and applying technical accounting expertise.

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, contract lifecycle activities, risk mitigation, and cost-saving efforts. Partner with business, legal, finance, and category management stakeholders; analyze spend and market data; ensure procurement compliance; improve processes; manage sourcing documentation in Coupa; and mentor procurement team members.
