Supports the Mexico Business Development team through quote preparation and tracking, customer and sales support, pipeline reporting, sample coordination, customer onboarding, documentation management, and cross-functional communication. The role monitors commercial requests, improves workflows, maintains customer records, and helps resolve obstacles affecting responsiveness and business growth.

Manage high-volume HR data transactions across Workday, ADP, and related systems. Process employee lifecycle changes, compensation updates, benefits transactions, and union assignments. Reconcile HRIS and payroll data, audit benefits files, resolve interface errors, maintain data accuracy, and support HR team activities including tickets, invoices, employee inquiries, open enrollment, and merit processes.

Serve as a Workday subject matter expert supporting configuration, releases, integrations, reporting, testing, data integrity, system health checks, documentation, and process improvements. Provide HRIS support to global HR teams and Centers of Excellence, collaborate with UKG Pro WFM administrators, resolve issues, and support ongoing administration of Workday and related HR systems.
