Provides administrative and operational support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, attendance, HR communications, compliance, and offboarding. Maintains confidential personnel information, prepares HR documents and reports, schedules interviews and training, responds to routine employee questions, and supports HR audits, engagement activities, and process improvements.

Creates visually compelling digital and print designs supporting branding, marketing, advertising, communications, and business objectives. Develops graphics, templates, advertisements, presentations, social media assets, and other materials while following brand guidelines. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, prepares files for digital and print production, manages multiple deadlines, incorporates feedback, and maintains organized creative assets.
