Produce engaging daily newscasts and digital content across broadcast and streaming platforms. Leads newsroom coverage during breaking news, plans community-focused stories, and curates content across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms. Produces and edits accurate, engaging content; supports newsroom logistics; collaborates with reporters, producers, and photojournalists; applies AP style and journalistic ethics; uses audience metrics to improve reach. Requires strong editorial judgment, writing, organization, and deadline-management skills.

Sell digital and broadcast media solutions to drive revenue. Identify and pursue new business, build client relationships, create proposals, manage campaigns with internal teams, monitor performance, and report results. Use CRM and prospecting tools to meet quotas and optimize campaigns.

The Streaming Anchor will lead live broadcasts, create compelling stories, collaborate with the news team, and engage audiences through innovative content for streaming platforms.

The Streaming Producer will develop newscasts for OTT platforms, focusing on compelling storytelling, live coverage, and collaboration with journalists to enhance audience engagement.

Maintain, integrate, operate and support broadcast equipment and video workflows for a central hub supporting Tegna stations. Troubleshoot signal paths, create wiring and system documentation, stay current on broadcast technologies, perform physical installation/repairs, and support 24x7 operations.

Prepare and deliver accurate on-air and online weather forecasts, produce graphics, report from the field, update website and social media, participate in severe weather coverage, fill shifts, perform special projects, and make public appearances.

Maintain, integrate, operate and support broadcast equipment for a central hub supporting air paths and OTT. Create wiring and system configuration documentation, troubleshoot signal and routing systems, keep current on broadcast technologies, perform physical installation and maintenance, and work a flexible 24x7 schedule.
