Lead all aspects of the Charlotte Today lifestyle program, including content development, production planning, audience engagement, data analysis, resource allocation, and sponsored segments. Collaborate with the production team to create compelling local stories, manage daily programming, respond to breaking news, and evolve content across linear television and streaming platforms.

Anchor multiple hours of daily livestreamed newscasts for OTT and CTV platforms, covering breaking and developing news. Book experts, generate streaming story ideas, lead content and production, collaborate with newsroom teams, edit video for VOD, and support live-shot production. The role requires strong on-camera delivery, ad-libbing, news judgment, leadership, technical skills, and at least six years of reporting and anchoring experience. This is a fully in-person position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Produce engaging daily newscasts and digital content across broadcast and streaming platforms. Responsibilities include pitching stories, writing and editing content, integrating video, graphics, live coverage and sound, meeting deadlines, using analytics to shape programming, and ensuring diverse community perspectives are represented. The role requires strong journalism judgment, communication, organization, social media skills, and the ability to work calmly during breaking news.
