Own and scale the search, indexing, and data-scanning infrastructure for petabyte-scale data. The Senior Content Specialist will create high-quality external and internal marketing collateral, manage the content lifecycle, and collaborate with executives to evolve brand messaging.

Lead design and delivery of AI workflow training for internal teams and external legal clients. Build and update curriculum and recorded modules, tailor enablement for varied legal roles, collaborate with product and engineering, and recommend targeted interventions to improve client AI adoption.

Lead design and operation of Syllo Academy: architect the LMS and learner experience, administer the LMS, set curriculum standards, produce multimedia training, develop and score certification exams, own learning analytics and reporting, manage content production pipeline, and iterate via testing and feedback.

Own end-to-end training relationships for large legal accounts: assess needs, design account-specific curricula, deliver live/asynchronous training, maintain client portals, produce analytics reports, and surface product feedback to internal teams to drive retention and expansion.

Develop, maintain, and deliver eDiscovery curriculum and enablement for internal teams and clients. Lead live and recorded training, tailor content to user personas, update materials with product changes, collaborate with instructional designers and product/engineering, and identify adoption gaps to recommend targeted interventions.
