Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, support policy administration enhancements and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior developers, and participate in cloud modernization and migration programs.

Design, configure, operate, and troubleshoot multi-vendor IP networks. Implement and maintain MPLS/IP services, routing (OSPF/BGP), LAN technologies, QoS, IPSec VPNs, and firewalls. Lead migrations, upgrades, audits, documentation, and collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure performance and minimal downtime.

Serve as technical liaison between product, business, and development teams to define specifications, support application releases, manage change/defects, document integrations, and ensure performance, security, and cross‑functional alignment across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security domains.
