Teams at SECU

Provide consultative, member-facing insurance guidance and sell life, personal lines, and annuity products across an assigned territory. Achieve productivity benchmarks using SECU tools and lead platforms, support newer specialists, coordinate with other advisors for complex cases, build referral networks across business lines, and ensure compliance with carrier and system requirements.

Provide investment, trust, estate and retirement planning advice to members across branch, phone, and digital channels. Build ongoing member relationships, coordinate with specialists for complex cases, meet productivity benchmarks, train and support staff, and maintain regulatory compliance and confidentiality. Must hold required licenses and complete ongoing training.

Support delivery of Financial Advisory Services by servicing member relationships, identifying life insurance and annuity needs, coordinating with specialists, delivering staff training, working referrals, assisting licensed investment and trust representatives with non-licensed tasks, participating in community events, and performing administrative duties. Requires regional travel and adherence to confidentiality and attendance policies.
