Drive revenue and customer growth for commercial water-heater programs by managing quotations, orders, pricing, stock checks, and problem resolution. Promote AO Smith and other vendor product lines, support after-hours service, coordinate deliveries and branch inventory levels, and assist with electric commercial conversions. Work closely with sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
