Provide third-level production support and ensure operational readiness for eCommerce releases. Perform readiness assessments, remediate risks, track tasks, enable knowledge transfer, and support post-deployment stability, monitoring, and recovery activities.

Lead development and production support for customer relationship analysis projects (rewards, AML, bankruptcy). Provide design, development, testing, deployment and technical architecture. Interface with architecture, data management, compliance and infrastructure teams; serve as a senior technical resource.

Design and implement enterprise data architecture and ETL solutions using Informatica and Oracle Exadata. Develop data models, data integration pipelines, and performance-tuned SQL. Collaborate with business and technical teams, maintain metadata and data dictionaries, and ensure scalable, high-performance data warehouse solutions.

Create and edit complex technical documentation and online help for intranet sites using HTML and JavaScript. Liaise with technical and business teams, conduct audience and problem analysis, gather information from systems and interviews, build web-based navigation/search/glossary elements, mentor junior writers, and implement organizational documentation and design guidelines.

Designs and executes automated tests for large-scale web applications using Selenium/Cucumber and Java. Collaborates with offshore teams in Agile/Waterfall environments, validates UI/functional behavior, and supports test automation frameworks and tools.

Develop and deliver high-volume, customer-facing Java web applications using Spring and related technologies. Build REST services, integrate with SOAP/REST back-ends, participate in Agile/TDD workflows, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers while driving improvements.

Serve as a senior individual contributor/team lead on complex application initiatives: design, code, test, and escalate platform designs. Require deep PeopleSoft-related skills (SQR on mainframe, PeopleCode, Integration Broker) and experience integrating PeopleSoft HR with third-party vendors; recruiting/eRecruit experience preferred.

Perform end-to-end data analysis to support business strategy and operations. Responsibilities include data mining, aggregation, trending, inventory and program analysis, platform performance/milestone analytics, data governance, testing controls, monitoring data quality, and recommending policy and standards to improve operational performance.

Design and execute performance and non-functional testing: gather requirements, create test strategies and load models, perform systems analysis for stability, run load simulations, browser profiling, transaction tracing, DB and log analysis, capacity planning, and communicate risks and priorities to business partners and senior leaders.
