Provide third-level production support and ensure operational readiness for eCommerce releases. Perform readiness assessments, remediate risks, track tasks, enable knowledge transfer, and support post-deployment stability, monitoring, and recovery activities.

Develop and maintain SSAS solutions and data warehouse artifacts from the data lake to star schemas. Build and improve tabular and dimensional cubes, write MDX and DAX, collaborate on technical designs, mentor colleagues, document processes, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Lead and coach Agile/Scrum teams to maximize efficiency by facilitating ceremonies, managing product backlog and burndowns, tracking velocity and capacity, removing impediments, training stakeholders, and reporting status to management.
