Provides administrative and operational support through calendar and meeting coordination, document preparation, data entry, record maintenance, communications, inbox monitoring, reporting, onboarding, invoice and expense processing, and event organization. The role supports internal teams and healthcare partners while maintaining confidential information and HIPAA compliance. Work may be conducted remotely, in a hybrid environment, or in an office.
