Lead strategic clinical operations and scientific solutioning for Phase IV, observational, hybrid, and real-world evidence studies. Partner with product, clinical operations, informatics, data science, and services teams to develop rigorous study designs, evidence-generation frameworks, AI-orchestrated workflows, and eSource capabilities. Advise on regulatory, clinical, market access, and commercial evidence needs; support client partnerships, platform roadmaps, thought leadership, publications, and business growth.

Owns pipeline generation for Paradigm Health’s real-world evidence and Phase IV solution line. Responsibilities include account-based marketing, named-account targeting, evidence-driven messaging, conference and event strategy, budget allocation, and cross-functional opportunity development. The role targets medical affairs, RWE, HEOR, and evidence-generation buyers at pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies, with accountability for qualified study opportunities and sales handoff.

Drive enterprise sales of AI-enabled clinical research solutions to biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical customers. Develop strategic account and engagement plans for major pharma accounts, build executive relationships, identify opportunities, conduct solution demonstrations, manage sales forecasts and CRM records, and collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, and clinical teams. The role requires strong knowledge of clinical trials, biopharma organizational dynamics, and formal enterprise sales methodologies.
