The Senior Pipeline Marketing Manager, RWE & Phase IV owns a net-new pipeline number for Paradigm Health's SPIRE solution line, our real-world evidence and Phase IV (post-approval) research offering. This is an individual-contributor role accountable end to end for generating qualified study opportunities from a medical-affairs and RWE buying audience. This role combines commercial accountability with scientific credibility. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and works alongside shared marketing resources (events, agency support, inside sales, and product marketing) rather than managing a team.

What you'll do:

  • Own the SPIRE pipeline target. Carry and deliver a net-new pipeline number for the SPIRE solution line, measured in sales-qualified study opportunities.

  • Run account-based marketing. Build and work named-account target lists across medical affairs, RWE/HEOR, and evidence-generation functions at pharmaceutical and biopharma sponsors; orchestrate multi-touch, long-cycle engagement.

  • Develop evidence-driven content and messaging. Translate SPIRE's study capability into buyer-facing narrative grounded in data and methodological rigor, maintaining compliance-defensible claims throughout.

  • Drive the SPIRE event and conference motion. Define target RWE/medical-affairs conferences and campaigns, partnering with the events manager and agency on execution; convert presence into qualified opportunities.

  • Deploy a discretionary program budget. Allocate an owned program budget across events, ABM, content, and paid channels to hit the pipeline target, exercising judgment on channel mix.

  • Partner across the funnel. Coordinate with Medical & Science, Clinical, Product, and Commercial Teams on identifying study opportunities and solution fit, opportunity progression, and attribution integrity.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or revenue number as a marketer, or willingness to tie partial compensation to achievement of targets.

  • Proven account-based marketing capability: named-account targeting, multi-touch orchestration, and long-cycle nurture.

  • Evidence-driven communication skills within a regulated, compliance-governed messaging environment.

  • Comfort operating a high-value, low-volume motion with a complex sales cycle

  • Ability to operate as a self-sufficient individual contributor, supported by shared services rather than a direct team.

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a meaningful portion in life sciences, healthcare, or a scientifically technical field.

Strongly preferred

  • Direct experience in Phase IV, real-world evidence, post-approval research, or medical affairs.

  • Fluency with the medical-affairs / RWE buyer persona and existing relationships in that community.

  • Experience marketing to pharmaceutical and biopharma sponsors specifically (as distinct from providers or payers).

  • Experience with named-study or per-asset marketing motions.

Nice to have

  • HEOR / health-economics literacy; familiarity with decentralized and real-world-data sourcing models; scientific congress or publication experience.

What success looks like in the first 12 months:
  • A built, actively worked named-account target list for the SPIRE buyer.

  • A diversified SPIRE opportunity base.

  • Delivery against the SPIRE Early Engagement pipeline target, with clean attribution through to Sales handoff.

What You'll Receive:

Paradigm Health offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support your well-being and success, including:

  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Mental health support for you and your family

  • Equity package

  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)

  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Flexible work options – remote and hybrid arrangements

  • Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage

  • 401(k) plan with company match
