Own integrated demand generation campaigns that create qualified pipeline, including webinars, direct mail, and account-based marketing. Develop campaign strategies, coordinate cross-functional launches, partner with sales and SDRs on follow-up, analyze funnel metrics, and optimize programs based on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline performance. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution in a B2B SaaS environment.

Lead the architecture and implementation of high-performance, reliable core services operating at massive scale. Design synchronous and asynchronous APIs, database schemas, and distributed systems; conduct benchmarking, profiling, monitoring, and optimization; participate in reviews and on-call rotations; resolve production issues; and drive independent experiments and solutions.

Manage SaaS billing operations, including usage calculations, invoicing, credits, reconciliations, collections, accounts receivable, and sales commission administration. Prepare recurring reports, maintain billing records and spreadsheet trackers, respond to customer payment inquiries, document workflows, and improve manual processes. The role is fully remote, part-time at approximately 20–25 hours weekly, with flexibility during peak billing periods.
