Field-facing sales role driving adoption of Omron fixed and mobile robotics across the Southeast. Responsibilities include territory growth, consultative solution selling, technical demonstrations, partner engagement, pilot/proof-of-concept management, CRM-driven opportunity management, market research, and collaboration with application engineers and product marketing to close robotics deals.

The role oversees a sales team to execute strategies, manage performance, coordinate with regions, and foster partner relationships to boost sales and market share.

Owns execution of onboard AMR software (firmware, navigation, core platform), managing backlog, sprint-level delivery, and cross-team coordination. Translates system requirements into user stories, supports testing and release readiness, identifies risks/dependencies, and engages customers and stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with roadmap and commercial priorities.
