As a Jr. Sales Commission Analyst, you will calculate commission payments, prepare statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with SOX controls while maintaining data accuracy.

Lead drafting, negotiation, analysis, and support of complex technology-based contracts and licensing agreements; monitor compliance, identify regulatory/privacy issues, advise stakeholders, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional legal and outside counsel engagements.

Lead execution and optimization of customer operations and success platforms (Totango/Gainsight). Administer in-app engagement tools, monitor KPIs, manage data integrity, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiency. Partner cross-functionally, deliver project implementations, communicate status to leadership, and indirectly manage and coach contributors to improve adoption and operational outcomes.
