Supports quality risk identification, measurement, root cause analysis, data validation, continuous improvement, and process documentation. Collaborates with business units, support teams, project engineers, logistics, and construction personnel to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Conducts site visits, supports training and user adoption, applies Lean 5S principles, and helps ensure accurate quality reporting and adherence to project standards.

Oversee daily tool room operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, repair coordination, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and distribution. Supervise and develop Tool Room Associates, manage vendors and procurement activities, conduct safety and compliance audits, maintain calibration and labeling standards, lead 5S and continuous improvement efforts, and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, field, and project teams to support jobsite needs.

Coordinates safety programs on construction sites through daily inspections, pre-task planning, hazard identification, equipment and tool checks, incident response, root cause analysis, safety reporting, employee retraining, and regulatory compliance. Works with project teams, foremen, clients, and safety leadership to correct hazards, manage permits and documentation, and prevent injuries. Requires frequent site walking and occasional travel to local and out-of-town job sites.
